The day and/or time don't match my requirements, what can I do?
We take account of your choice of day and time where possible, but it may be that we do not have a flight in keeping with your wishes. We’ll always contact you if there is more than four hours’ difference between your choice of day/time and our flight possibilities. If we cannot find a suitable flight for you, we will reimburse 100% of your payment.
Why doesn't your calendar show the available flights?
Our daily operations depend on many aspects such as availability of pilots, residual flying time of the planes, rules with regard to maximum pilot flying hours, restrictions by the airports and any weather influences. Our planning schedules are therefore subject to continuous change, making it impossible to keep an up-to-date calendar on our site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer have been authorized.
My credit card doesn't work on your site, what now?
The 3D secure system is used in Europe. This is a verification method with which you must confirm your credit card payment using a special code. Many American credit cards do not use the 3D secure system. Please contact your credit card company or choose a different method of payment.
How do I know if my tour has been booked successfully?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when a successful booking has been completed. This confirmation e-mail will give you the details of your booking along with a booking reference number. We advise you to keep this e-mail safely as you will need your booking reference number for any further queries that you may have. Failure to provide us with a booking reference number will result in a delay of your enquiry.
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail
Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail and we will see if it’s a problem with our system. Confirmation e-mails are generated and sent automatically once a booking has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered in are correct. Please pay particular attention to your payment card details and e-mail address.
Do I need a reservation?

Are private sightseeing flying tours available?
Yes, private sightseeing flying tours are available. Please contact us at +46 8 525 002 10 and you will be able to design any tour you wish!
Do you have gift vouchers available for purchase?
Yes we do. All you have to do is purchase a sightseeing flying tour from our website and put the name of your recipient as the passenger. You will then receive an e-ticket with their name on it and you can forward it to them however you wish. If you would like to purchase a hard copy gift voucher and have it mailed to you or your recipient, please call us at +46 8 525 002 10 or e-mail us at email@example.com so that we can process your order. No, there are no additional fees!
Can I pay you on location?
Sorry no, your flight must be booked and paid for online.
How many people can fly in your helicopters?
Our triple helicopters seat up to 3 passengers plus one pilot. The total weight of the passengers cannot exceed 240 kg. Weight per seat cannot exceed 132 kg.
Our quad helicopters seat up to 4 passengers plus one pilot. The total weight of the passengers cannot exceed 398 kg. Weight per seat cannot exceed 132 kg and the front seat cannot exceed 85 kg.
Which types of helicopters do you fly?
We fly Robinson R44 and Robinson R66.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open all year round, 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm (last flight at 7 pm) including holidays. For more information, please call us at +46 8 525 002 10
Is there a minimum age to join your sightseeing flying tours?
No! We only ask that children are under adult supervision at all times.
I am disabled, can I join your sightseeing flying tours?

How long are your sightseeing flying tours?
Our tours range from 20 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your tour choice. Our tour duration is the real flight time. You can find the exact time durations here. Please keep in mind that it takes 20 minutes before and 20 minutes afterwards due to the procedures we have to carry out.
Is parking available at the airport?
All locations have parking space within walking distance.
Is there public transportation to FlyOverStockholm?

Must I bring my photo identification with me?
Yes, all guests are required to bring a valid photo ID.
Do you ever have delays or interruptions in your scheduled flights?
Delays or interruptions may occur more often during:
1) Our busy season from June through September
2) Government air restrictions
3) Inclement weather and the next flyable weather day
4) Extreme weather conditions
5) National public holidays.
RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
What happens if I buy a tour and my flight is cancelled due to weather conditions?
FlyOverStockholm will do his best to reschedule your sightseeing flying tour for another date and time. If we cannot find you an alternative date and time for your tour and you purchased your tour through this website, we will refund you in full. If you purchased our tour through a 3rd party or affiliate you will need to contact them directly to discuss refund options.
What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Cancellation (by the client) within 7 calendar days of flight date, you will receive your entire booking amount minus 250 SEK administration fee return. Cancellation (by the client) within 2 calendar days of flight date, you will receive 50% of you booking amount minus 250 SEK administration fee return. Cancellation (by the client) within 1 calendar day of flight date, or a no-show, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
You can reschedule your flight. Changes will be free of charge until 48 hours before departure. For changes made less than 48 hours before departure, we charge 750 SEK.
Bookings made for peak periods (July and August) and/or national public holidays and then cancelled (within 7 calendar days prior to the departure date) will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No fees are payable if FlyOverStockholm cancels the flight due to weather or other operational contingency. Refunds of payments made through 3rd party booking agents must be sought from the booking agent. It is also a requirement that (at time of booking) the client informs FlyOverStockholm of (any passengers that have) any physical or intellectual handicap (this is for no other reason than to help us help you).
FlyOverStockholm and its employees reserve the right to deny carriage/boarding (without refund) to any client or other person who behaves at any stage in a disorderly, intoxicated, threatening or offensive manner to the flight/ground crew or other passengers. Under Civil Aviation law, clients are also reminded that any such behavior may result in a criminal prosecution.
Can I change the time and/or date once I booked my flight?
Yes, you can. Changes will be free of charge until 48 hours before departure. For changes made less than 48 hours before departure, we charge 750 SEK.
