Booking

Is there a flight available?

If you book on time, a flight is usually available. We can only complete your reservation when we have received your online booking and payment.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, bookings need to be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Where can I book?

Bookings can be made online.

Can I pay on site?

Sorry, but no, your flight must be booked and paid for online.

When is the booking complete?

We confirm your booking by e-mail upon payment. The flight is confirmed by the air operator within 72 hours of your booking. Once the flight is confirmed, you will receive a boarding pass 48 hours before the flight via e-mail.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, what to do?

Confirmation e-mails are generated and sent automatically once a booking has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail. Contact us if you have not received a confirmation e-mail.

What does prefered time mean?

Our daily operations depend on many aspects such as availability of pilots, residual flying time of the planes, rules with regard to maximum pilot flying hours, restrictions by the airports and any weather influences. Our planning schedules are therefore subject to continuous change.

We take account of your choice of day and time where possible, but it may be that we do not have a flight in keeping with your wishes.

If we cannot find a suitable flight for you, we will reimburse 100% of your payment.

Is there a minimum age?

No, we only require children to be under adult supervision at all times.

Are there weight limitations?

When booking at our website you will be shown the weight limits for the chosen tour. You need to confirm that these are not exceeded. We might ask you to confirm you weight before the flight. We don’t take risks on flight safety, so if we have any doubt, we will ask all passengers to step on the weighing scale.

I am disabled, will I be admitted to the sightseeing flights?

Yes that is possible! We kindly request you to contact us before you make a booking so we can discuss how we can be of service to you.

When do I know the departure time of the flight?

You can specify a preferred time. Of course, we take into account your wishes. If we don’t find a suitable time, we will fully refund. You find the definitive time on your boarding pass which we sent by email 48 hours before your flight.

What is the duration of the flight?

The flight duration shown on our website the actual time that you will be rolling and flying! Please keep in mind that in addition to the flight time it always takes time before and afterwards to carry out all procedures.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before departure. We will refund your payment in full. If you cancel within 48 hours before departure, no refund is given.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before departure. If we cannot find a suitable time, we will refund your payment in full. It is not possible to reschedule your flight within 48 hours before departure.

Is the flight cancelled in case of bad weather?

Yes, we do have to consider weather conditions. We cannot fly when it is too windy, with a low cloud base or when it is raining. We always try to avoid weather conditions that are not good for a sightseeing flight.

When will I be informed if the flight is cancelled?

In case we cannot fly, we'll inform you the latest 4 hours before the flight. We then do our very best to reschedule your flight. In case we do not find a suitable time, we will refund in full.

Where is the departure location?

The departure location is shown on the boarding pass that we send by e-mail.

Can I park at the departure location?

Yes, all locations have parking space within walking distance.

Is there public transport to the departure location?

Not all of our locations can be easily reached by public transport. So check carefully whether your departure location is easily accessible by public transport.

When do I need to be at the meeting point?

Please be on time for your flight. The definitive time is shown on your boarding pass. If you are not on time we might have to cancel or shorten your flight.

Do I need to bring my passport?

This depends on the departure location. If you need identification, this will be shown on the boarding pass.

Should I call when the weather looks bad?

Yes it is always a good idea to check prior to your flight if the weather looks bad. You will find the telephone number of the air operator on your boarding pass.

Are there any safety regulations?

In order to make sure that you have a safe and pleasant flight, we will need your assistance in the flight preparation process. Being cooperative will ensure a safe, fun and memorable experience.
